Shipping:
Corset Vixen™ uses USPS Mail, FedEx and UPS shipping services. Orders are shipped via USPS Mail (unless otherwise specified).
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Corset Vixen™ also offers shipping upgrades including "Express Saver", "2nd Day" "Overnight", and "Priority Overnight" delivery services upon request. Order that requires shipping upgrades must be submitted before 11:00 AM (CST).
Cancellations
Corset Vixen™ allows cancellation within a 24 hour time period of the time the order was originally placed, providing that the order has not already been shipped. Any cancellation after 24 hours of the time the order was placed will result in a 20% re-stocking fee.
Claims, Returns, Authorization, Inquiries, and Shipping Errors:
Any discrepancy in quantities shipped, damaged goods or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of goods and require a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Corporate Office. Returns will not be accepted for in-store damages, or for garments which have been worn or soiled. Other than any damaged or defective merchandise, we do not accept returns.
Any damaged items submitted for a return will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged (for an item of equal value). Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package, or the package will be refused by our Returns Department.
We will exchange the returned merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount within 30 business days under special circumstances.
Disputes:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the County of King.
